The property is a 4-level detached house of 115 m2, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room.
Set in Golden Beach, TheSummerHouseParos is only a 20' drive from the Port of Paros (Paroikia) and Naoussa.

The living room is a friendly shared space, with a flat screen tv and board games. It is attached to the kitchen while it opens directly to the veranda.
The Master Bedroom is spacious, bright and quiet, featuring a king sized bed, air-conditioning and an
en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom features one bang bed, four single beds, a desk, air - conditioning and TV.
It is ideal for accommodating children, allowing them to recreate and rest on their own space.

The third bedroom features a double bed and air - conditioning.
The fourth bedroom has a single bed that can easily become a queen size one, and a ceiling fan.
Food is memories
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven - hobs, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave oven, slow cooker, toaster, mixer and other allowances. It has direct access to the terrace, allowing for an easy summer dining, all hours of the day. Shopping local delicacies at near-by groceries takes only a 5' drive.
